02.Where I have Worked
- The Sandbox
- UTE
- Sonda
- ANCAP
Blockchain Integrations Engineer@TheSandbox
July 2022 – April 2024
- Hired as a Senior backend engineer, I developed multiple features with complex logic in the main API, and worked on the blockchain team developing smart contracts integrations, achieving key advancements.
- Used Node, JS, TS, IPFS, OZD, TheGraph, Solidity, Hardhat, Web3, Ethers, MetaMask, Tenderly, Alchemy, Infura, and active engagement with the EVM ecosystem, among other technologies
- Write modern, performant, maintainable code (top-notch)
- Engage in daily communication with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, producers, spanning across remote locations worldwide.
03.Some Achievements I'm Proud Of

Featured Project
The Sandbox Assets L2
Transferred The Sandbox's assets system from Ethereum's (L1) to Polygon (L2), introducing significant and disruptive costs improvements. This migration was driven by the realization that Ethereum fees were surpassing the actual value of the assets themselves. The project involved the design and integration of multiple contracts.
- Solidity
- Web3.js
- Ethers.js
- IPFS
- ERC1155
- EIP712
- Node.js
- Sequelize

Featured Project
UTE FAO (Advanced Operations Functions)
This project implemented the first automatic remote network reconnection system in LATAM. In collaboration with EDF (Électricité de France) consultancy, we implemented a system that detects faults, isolates them, and reconnects them. It also included a highly enriching stay in France.
- C#
- WCF
- WPF
- Sql Server
Other Noteworthy Projects

The Sandbox Catlaysts
To mint assets, the sandbox used an ERC20 (SAND). When we moved to Polygon, we added a token ERC1155 to mint the assets. Catalysts determine the tier of each asset.
- Solidity
- IPFS
- Node
- MySQL
Asset Metadata Migration
We migrated our assets, added a new trait, and included a link to the Terms of Use in the metadata description. This involved generating new IPFS hashes, updating the database, and using scripts to impact the blockchain.
- Ethers
- Multicall
- OZDRelayer
Generic sales contract integration
Transitioned the exchange through a generic sales contract to enable seamless asset trading, fees, and royalty generation
- Solidity
- Web3
- Node
- MySQL
Ths Sandbox Staking Dashboard
Worked on the ADR to select ECharts. Then, we generated the graphs to display the evolution of SAND and the floor price of the lands.
- Solidity
- Web3
- Node
- MySQL
Tokenomics API Service
Worked on a service that generates currency conversions for SAND/USDT, MATIC/USDT, and TOKEN/USDT, introducing a fallback by integrating Coingecko and portals.io
- Node
- Http
- Web3
Staking Ranking
Worked on the staking ranking system that scores users based on the amount and duration they are staking in a pool
- Node
- Http
- TheGraph
